Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you access this website, purchase products from Pampered Pets Grooming or arrange grooming services with us. By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, specifications, images and colours accurately. Screen settings and supplier changes may cause minor differences. Product information is general and does not replace veterinary advice. Follow all labels, warnings, sizing guides and manufacturer instructions, and stop using a product if it appears unsuitable or causes an adverse reaction.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order is processed. We may correct genuine pricing, description or system errors; if an error affects an order, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding on corrected terms or receiving a refund.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch because of stock availability, suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious error, delivery restrictions or another reasonable operational issue. Any payment taken for a cancelled item will be refunded.

Availability and purchase limits

Stock levels and availability can change without notice. We may apply reasonable quantity limits or refuse orders that appear intended for unauthorised resale. Displaying a product does not guarantee ongoing availability.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery terms, charges and estimates are described in our Shipping Information. Please provide accurate delivery details. Risk in products generally passes when they are delivered in accordance with the order instructions, subject to rights and remedies under applicable law.

Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Our Returns and Refunds policy explains how to request assistance. Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they are of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose and match their description. Depending on the problem, remedies may include repair, replacement, refund or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

Pet safety and responsible use

You are responsible for selecting products suitable for your pet’s size, age, health, behaviour and intended use, except where you reasonably rely on advice we provide. Pets should be supervised where appropriate. Inspect products regularly and discontinue use if damaged or unsafe. Seek veterinary advice where necessary.

Grooming services

Grooming quotes are estimates and may change if coat condition, matting, behaviour, pet welfare needs or additional work differ from the information supplied. We may modify, pause or decline a service where continuing could risk the welfare or safety of a pet, customer, groomer or other person. Appointment changes are also subject to our Grooming Cancellation Policy.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are subject to their stated conditions, availability and expiry. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by error, fraud or misuse, subject to applicable law.

Website use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission or use website content unlawfully. Website text, branding, graphics and other content are owned by us or used with permission and may not be reproduced except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party content or services, except to the extent required by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws, and the parties submit to courts with jurisdiction in Western Australia.
